I have never met people who do not like cycling. Actually since childhood cycling becomes a hobby for many men and women and some continue practise cycling but on a professional level. Definitely amateur biking is great and some people do not consider cycling as a pleasure anymore. For the professional cyclists it is a job and they rarely cycle for pleasure. But for all other people to ride a bike is really a nice way to change their way of living as it is not a secret that the majority of us use a car to get to the nearest shop. Riding a bike is really great for our health as while riding we burn excessive calories and get rid of excessive weight. But one thing should be taken into account: cycling should not be a universal panacea! If you think that you need riding a bike you need to doze all your exercises as not to overexercise to the point that you can’t do anything but beg to be left alone. For sure, you should practise cycling every day but you are to do it gradually. You must never forget that excessive training is also bad for your health especially if you are not young.
Cycling is great for your health in any age but the measure is gold: do not overestimate your powers! Cycle as mush as you wish but watch for your condition and pulse. Sometimes it is even better to reject the whole idea of riding a bike and replace your beach cruiser with a car if you do not want to be taken by an ambulance to a hospital.
