I’m often asked by my blog visitors what repair store I would recommend in order to fix a bike? Actually, I’m not going to tell you all the secrets and advertise this or that repair store as I’m not being paid for that - I’m sorry but I won’t tell you these things. But I can give one simple advice: go and buy a nice bike that doesn’t require constant maintenance. This will definitely be a beach cruiser as this is an ideal solution for cycling in the city and taking some unregular outings in the country. I’m sure you know that a good quality brand bike doesn’t need everyday seeing to it. For sure, you may buy a fake for several hundreds of dollars cheaper than the actual brand but you will then spend more on its maintenance if not the whole price you have paid for your Chinese made bike. I do not agree with those who say that manufacturer doesn’t matter when you are buying a bike as when you tend to find a quality bike or bike parts that will serve you at least several years of active cycling you should pay your attention to all the details: brand, model, tyres, guarantee. Yes, guarantee! As if something happens to your bike there is no chance that you will seek for a compensation if you have bought a generic product, generic bike. So, next time you are shopping for a bike, consider buying a cruiser as these bikes are really solid and reliable.
